Artist History Since their early beginnings in the 90's in Seattle Washington, Halo Complex has gone through several changes in their line up and their name. Formerly Red Velvet Relief, they had to let one member go for alleged sugar addiction. While in court they met Brad and Chris, formerly of Blind Melon fame, and paid them an undisclosed amount to join their band. After several years touring with Zamfear the pan fluitist, they felt it was time to abandon the touring rock star lifestyle and settle down to make their debut studio album.
