Artist History
Aaron started singing in 1993 after recording a
demo tape at a local studio. He then started
taking vocal lessons from instructor/jazz great
Jean Holden. In October of '94, Aaron went into
the studio (with producer Jerry Holden) and
recorded four (4) songs.
After working in the studio for over a year, the
pair has come up with some exciting music in the
'new country' sound as well as traditional country sound, to complete Aaron’s 12 song debut CD,
"WHO WILL YOU BE TONIGHT".
To date, several radio stations and stores in the
Midwest have had great success with the first
single titled "I NEED YOU".
As explained by Jerry "some of the cuts on Aaron's
CD have the flavor of a 'Garth Brooks' vocals, an
'Eagles' rhythm section and a '5th Dimension'
background vocals. What a combination!".
The CD was recorded at Strawberry Fields Studio
in Swanton, OH. A great musician and co-producer
Bill Hodges (played guitar & bass on the project
and owner of Strawberry Fields Studio), passed
away several years ago and only a few years
after the session was done. His memory lives on
through the music that was recorded for Aaron and
may his spirit continue to shine when you listen
to Aaron's music. |
