Artist History
Plan-Z is the product of Vigo Scarhead's disgust for the
amount of crappy rock music that has come about in the
last few years. The basis of the band is, believe it or not,
wasn't to try and copy the sound of a popular band, and it
wasn't to try and come up with a new type of rock music,
but to just write good songs! Scarhead joined forces with
Tony Bassist and Dan Weir in the summer of 1999 and
began a steady streak of shows thoughout their hometown
Grand Rapids, Mi. But after a year Dan drifted apart
from the band and eventually split from the Plan-Z lineup.
After a three month hiatus from the local music scene,
Plan-Z added drummer Wes Snailtrails to carry the
percussive load of the band. Now Plan-Z is ready to once
again attempt to destroy the crappy music scene in GR
and hopefully the rest of this goddamn country. |
