"Never to blame, always the same, you’ll never change..." ellee ven is lip synching to her new single "Wasted" and being filmed by famed video director Eric Zimmerman. Another stepping stone in ellee ven’s evolution, ellee ven is preparing for her upcoming release "Mind Control," featuring collaborations with SCC’s Prodeje and the infamous DJ Swamp. Capitalizing on her ability to combine a number of influences, this video has ellee ven dressed as a super hi-fi Bond girl and features up and coming rock superstar London Le Grand (see www.bridesofdestruction.com) Rock, rap and drum n bass founded in smooth jazz....
Characterized as a cross between Carrie Bradshaw, Ally McBeal and Sade, ellee ven is here to tap into what single women mostly keep to themselves, with every track another layer of vulnerability is exposing a mosaic of melody. Some have deemed "The Eleventh Hour" THE ANTHEM for single women falling in and out of love. ellee ven been described as having "the vocal prowess of Diana Ross and the musical direction of Prince."
With a multi – cultural background consisting of Spanish, Greek, German, Russian, and Italian, her music is not only interesting but exciting full of sensuality. This self proclaimed "Renaissance Girl," was recently featured in an HBO "Sex in the City" fashion show sponsored by Distinctive Assets.
