Artist History
The Dits were formed in 1981 by Scott Lucas and Brian Keys as a lo-fi living room recording ensemble. Activity ceased in 1990 until the band was revived again in July, 2000 as a new trio with a slew of guest musicians and (finally!) actual live performances. They have certainly come close to setting some kind of record for CD releases, with fifteen double CDs and one single CD in the year since then (all on the Home Recordings "label"/audio commune). |
