Artist History
Redeye Flight originally took to the skies in January of 1999 at the legendary Whisky A Go-Go (Hollywood, California) under the name of Division Street.
While determined and enthusiastic in their love for music, the fledgling band would see many trials and tribulations before developing into the driven powerhouse it has become today.
Audiences young and old have embraced their bold and memorable songwriting which clearly distinguishes them as an impending creative force in today's music culture. Based in Orange County this eclectic, high-spirited rock band stands firm in their commitment to bring people inventive and outspoken music unlike anything that has been heard before.
The band's music and camaraderie have evolved from the living room and garage to the stages of clubs, concert halls, and festivals throughout southern California. Their sound is as distinctive and colorful as the band members who bring it to life. Damien Jordan, lead vocalist and chief songwriter, leads this commanding ensemble with Kyle Lieberman and Rich Jazmin firing up the rhythm and lead guitars, Sergio Gamboa playing like a madman possessed behind the bass guitar, and Dennis Weging's primal, transcendental soul relentlessly fueling the backbeat behind the drums. Their music makes for a dynamic, versatile and sophisticated joy ride fueled entirely by raw attitude.
Redeye Flight is in a category all its own, carrying to the stage a bold new style of pop-rock that incorporates intricately textured guitars, melodic, glaring vocals, powerful, distinctive bass and drums and a signature stage chemistry that was born from love, friendship, and an undisputed passion to strive.
