Artist History Smoothlord Funk was born in Harlem, New York and raised in the South Bronx, New York. He started liking hip-hop at the age of eleven, in 1977 when he first heard Grandmaster Flash and the Furious 5 Crew. Since then, he has been involved with the hip-hop scene. Now, he is a hip-hop producer with many HOT beats for sale to the hip-hop community. He is currently working with hip-hop artists in New York, California, Arizona, Massachusetts, Virginia and New Jersey. His mission is to keep hip-hop fresh and new.
