Artist History NEFESH originated at the former B'nai Chaim Congregation in Southbury, Connecticut providing music for synagogue events. We have grown into a professional, seven-member group playing throughout the Connecticut and NorthEast region, dedicated to the preservation of the rich Jewish musical heritage and creating fresh interpretations of traditional and contemporary Jewish, Klezmer, Yiddish and Israeli music.
