Artist description started as the Anti-Valentines, an anti-love punk indie rock band, but as time went on it kept getting heavier and heavier as Cory got angrier and angrier. They went from punk/indie to being emo/metalcore, and then Cory got sorta out of that, because he hates his singing voice, and is sick of everyone thinking they have to sing now. Cory killed the Anti-Valentines and changed the name to killthemanbecomethemonster. KTMBTM will be heavier than anything the Anti-Valentines ever did, improving upon where they were when they ended.

Artist History May 2002, the Anti-Valentines were killed. +killtheman,becomethemonster+ was born, June 19th 2002 (yes, this is the same way Deth Adder was made) They began improving upon the Anti-Valentines songs that were actually good, and writing brand new songs that are better.
