Artist description We're an eclectic group of people with eclectic taste in music. As musicians we can play pretty much anything and everything, but when it comes to our music we stick within the boundaries of rock and roll. We've got two fishin' boys, a punk rocker, a chick singer and a wigged out drummer. We're from the general Halifax area although none of us actually live there. We're from various small towns in the middle of nowhere, some more than others. Nothing too serious about our music, it's all made in good fun, and we try to mix it up a bit so it doesn't get too boring. Cheers!

Artist History Originally Mirror Image, we started out sometime in the past, maybe a year or two ago... Since then, we've had a control freak bassist who didn't wanna play anything Angie wrote because it was "too f***in' gay" and he wanted to play whatever was popular at the time. Stupid Allyn, way to butcher "Yellow". Anyways, after a stint being called Cherry Bomb, a name instated by the afore mentioned Allyn, We renamed the band 20-80. Why you say? Well it all comes from late one night when Derek came back from the grocery store very tired. While in his half-conscious state he recalled something he had seen at the grocery store, 20/80% butter/margarine mix. He then thought to himself "Hey, that would make a good name for our band, we have 4 guys and one girl, 20/80!" So Derek presented this idea at our next (first) real practice after Ben our new bassist joined the group. Everyone approved the name and it has stuck since then.

Group Members Since we only hit the first four letters of it, we'll do this in alphabetical order.: Angie - Our chief singer/songwriter, she also plays acoustic guitar for many of our songs. Ben - The bassist and only the bassist, he's not too bad, but not that good either. He's workin' on it though. Brandon - A mad man! He's our lead guitarist and he goes off when we turn him loose. When we leave him alone with Devin too long he becomes a country singer. Derek - Our crazy mofo of a drummer, Derek likes goin' crazy on his kit and singing Denis Leary whenever he can manage. Devin - Our rhythm guitarist, he owns something like 4 guitars, one of which cost as much as the other 3 combined.

Instruments 6-string acoustic, 12-string acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar and drums. Maybe a tambourine in there too...
