Artists we sound like? Well, like the artists we mix I suppose, only different! The idea is to take a song, break it apart and re-build it into something completely different. |

Artist History
I've been mixing since the early 80's, possibly even as far back as 1978. It's something I accidentally discovered while going from one song into another on my then disco double-decks (Garrard and BSR turntables!! cringe!!) I accidentally started the next song before the first had finished and couldn't believe what I was hearing - almost perfect harmony! I had to experiment. I soon found songs which blended very well together and started creating links from each song into the next. Doing this in a "live" aituation at mobile disco's however brought many looks of bewilderment and disgust from the crowd! I never knew how this was going to catch on. No - I'm not saying I invented it - I just found out for myself. |
