Artist History Screamin' Scott and Docter Steve are brothers who began playing music at a very early age. They formed VIPER in New Jersey in 1977. They gained popularity and had quite a following until the break-up in 1981. Going their separate ways until they reunited in 1999 to reform VIPER to it's rockin' status that it deserves. The quest continues!!!
