Press Reviews
Mr. Robert Eriksson from Sandviken Sweden has a Rock composition called "Hur Mycket Ska Du Ha". Have you got that? I've got no idea what it translates to but music is the international language - and doesn't this prove that fact? So any smart ass out there asks me what are the lyrics that Robert is singing, you've got one direct answer. Go take a language lesson in Swede! Anyway 75% of the music listening public wouldn't be able to recall the lyrics of today's hits. Ok 50% then! So let's go to Sweden! Robert opens his track with a concert style crescendo build up of guitar, bass, percussion and vocals. I admire a musician who admits the drums are played via the keyboard and there is a certain grade of talent using them fingers. Robert has produced a big punchy sound by using guitar, bass, synthesizer and drums on the keys. It's a good job completed by just one person. I'd assume that Robert has a comprehensive musical education because playing guitar, bass and keys as well as excellent musical structure is no mean feat. Not only is he a multi-talented musician but also his voice is strong and clear. Have a listen to the lead break in this composition! It kicks with a vengeance. Robert has a string of compositions on his site that are well worth a listen even if you can't understand the language. I know he wouldn't have any problems marketing his works. Any recording company with a bit of common sense will jump at signing him up. Congratulations Robert on a job very professionally done. / Review by: Billy McMahon (G.O.M)
