Artist History HIGH NOON was born in the late fall of 1996 with the death of two of raps greats - 2-Pac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. After the mourning period of the rappers, high noon listened and watched the rap game change. HIGH NOON is not about conflict at all, but the style of rap music today, such as 2-Pac as a poet and Biggie Smalls for lyrical content, which is still unmatched today. However, HIGH NOON'S music stresses lyrical content and poetry skills that the rap game is missing. Rap artists today are focused too much on how much money they have or how hard they come across. HIGH NOON is all about songs and words that people can relate to while growing up in poverty using rap as an outlet.

Group Members Fire, Skillz, and Rated-R can all relate to one another on different levels growing up during hard times and also as being labeled as failures and outcasts. The hard work and dedication that is put forth into our music and how we express ourselves made this album possible and we hope that people on the street and artists in our field can relate.
