Artist History Justin, Al-man and Johnathan used to play in another band before they met Joa in 1995. JellyBelly had a couple of different (female) horns (saxophones) before they started rehearsing with Skajohn, that we met at a Voodoo Glow Skulls show. His encounter was pretty providential and that's how things really started, even though we played a couple of shows in schools before that. We started playing in the poor french scene in 97 or so, mostly playing shows on the streets when we could get a couple of shitty amps and drumset at the same place and the same time. After a memorable show with Babaska(rip),we played at two skateboarding ollie contests and several shows at the occasion of the national fete de la musique here in France. Our touring included shows with Off Your Head, Taste it, Homeboys, Nothing More, Punky Booster, Mutt Cutts, and we eventually opened for Diesel Boy in Paris on their latest tour. A cheap demo was issued last year but only a 100 copies were made and most of them were given away. The band started rehearsing with a new drummer, Alexis, a couple of months ago. New songs have been written, in a much more achieved way, and the work with our new backside frontman is going very fast. A new ep is planned for this summer, and the band will take up touring by then. None of the songs available on this website are featuring Alexis, but new songs will come soon:::
