Artist History
Sole member Tom Allen formed Diversity in early 2001 when an experimental attempt to create something beyond his normal Heavy Metal Traits became highly successful when introduced to various entities on the Internet. With overwhelming positive feedback, Diversity began to explore with the sound further. The result was a blend of melodic, trance, techno, dark wave, ambient, Dark, and futuristic mix. Diversity's sound attracted many online listeners, who had surprisingly good feedback on the sound while comparing it to some other artists based in Europe.
In April 2002, Diversity released its first album cd titled "Silence of the souls" through MP3.com, and launched its official website DiversityNYC.com. Four months later, the album caught the attention of TQE Productions who later asked us to allow them to promote Diversity to the masses. The results were extraordinary. While other on going projects are still in production, TQE Productions brought the masses to Diversity, which in result got the sound of Diversity in the hands of the public.
New albums of other genres are being created and will be released soon... |
