Artist History
Paolo F: industrial/electro producer and mad sound manipulator -
Everything industrial/crossover exported from Italy during the '80's had his name on it and he was the brain behind Pankow.
Now has his own recording label and the studio where W2f create.
Rik May: native of Buenos Aires, formidable programmer who gained note through his work with the group "Mellona Tauta".
Highly respected programmer much sought after for remixes.
Mad Teo: Dance DJ who has worked extensively throughout europe at all of the most important festival and raves.
Owner of that good taste that gets feet tapping and heads nodding.
Bruce Morrison: originally from New Zealand, rock-pop producer/engineer and ex-singer of Strawberry Blonde.
Has worked with Aerosmith, Wet Wet Wet, James Taylor, Van Halen.
These four varied backgrounds are the ingredients that make up Wave Workers Foundation.
In 1995 whilst producing "Mellonta Tauta" from Argentina, Paolo F met up with Rik May programmer of the group. During the summer of 1997 they met up with dance DJ Mad Teo in a farmhouse on the outskirts of Florence.
From that moment they started to work on the tracks that would become the album"In the Whirlpool". A year later they met up with Bruce Morrison and after recording with him the first vocal track on the album they decided that his particular style and visual performances were what was needed to fron the W2f project.
The idea behind the project is that of a foundation - these four are the founding members - not the last ones.
