Artist History Straight Up Records consists of 3 members. Docta Jus, Sweet n Lo(MCP), and LowDown(LA). In 1998 they all joined together to create this small label. During the first early parts of starting, we worked on our lyrics and flow. During the summer of 1999 we settled down and started producing beats. Our first hit song was created by the creater of Straight Up Records, Parker(Sweet n Lo) and Jay(LowDown), After Hour). Docta Jus started on his album, but decided to start the project over. Docta Jus, the executive producer, is now working on a Solo album. LowDown and Sweet n Lo are working on a album together. From coast to coast all 3 rappers join together to form a young teenage sound for the streets.
