    Press Reviews
"I just wanted to acknowledge your record 'Happy'. It is an excellent package, highly professional, and the kind of music people are signing right now." - Doug Podell, Program Director, WRIF / "Robb Roy has crafted a superb album of modern rock that's deep with insight as well as infectious melodies. Vocalist Graham Strachan has an urgent, insistent style that grabs you by the collar and makes you want to listen, while guitarist Michael Kudreiko, bassist John Cottos and drummer Duane Huff provide a hook-heavy epiphany of sound that manages to sound both taut and blistering. If U2's latest disc didn't quite stir your tea, then be sure to check out Robb Roy's 'Happy'." - Robert Downes, Northern Express Weekly / "As hard as you might try not to sing along, 'Happy' offers 13 tracks of pure rock bliss. 'All I wanna be is happy,' Robb Roy declares. It's a big statement, but of all the modern rock on record shelves today, here's one that might actually make you smile." - Stephanie Casola, Observer & Eccentric Newspapers / "Robb Roy puts together 13 songs of solid hook-laden pop. The appropriately titled 'Happy' is wrapped in slick packaging and incredibly professional playing. There is little doubt that 'Happy' will garner the band national attention." - Nate Cavalieri, Real Detroit Weekly / "Robb Roy's latest album, 'Happy', is a modern rock whiplash and caress of melody and emotion." - Melissa Giannini, MetroTimes / "This rock band goes for the mainstream jugular from the outset, and gets it every time. Simple, satisfying rock melodies, coupled with some very accomplished playing make Robb Roy something much more than Braveheart’s poor relation." - PeopleSound.com "Soulful lyrics glide along a harmony of guitars, drums and basslines. Simple pop tunes that stick their hooks in your ear and leave you humming the rest of the day." - Audiogalaxy.com / "These guys have a direct line to the toe-tappin' nerve." - Lazlo, BeSonic.com
