Press Reviews
Like the Residents meets Beck, Ogden Nash is virtually a one man wrecking crew. Chris Nash's music is as avant garde as it is inaccessible and sarcastic. Whether or not Chris is serious about his new form of sound art is to be seen as he navigates his way from the black hole of musical self reference he has created. Guitars tuned precariously and drum tracks which seem to be the bare rope upon which he hangs his withering watches are interspersed with psychadelic sampling from the absolutely most insane sources, this record should be played backwards first to dispell any notions of cohesiveness.
