Artist History The one-man project MELŇN was booted during summer '2000. Previously Jacob had been involved in other projects such as FadeStudios (www.mp3.com/fadestudios), Trunkfunk (www.trunkfunk.com) and KFMF.FadeStudios was a club/dance music group that quit during 1999 when the two members went their own ways. Niklas, the other member of FadeStudios got a publishing deal with Sony Music, watch out for releases by the project DoubleN, they'll be big!Jacob has been contacted by various minor labels but is yet to release "12s or CDs. One could say he is looking for the right label, or possibly the right time.During the first 2-3 months of 2001 Jacob will do work experience at Stockholm Records' studio in central Stockholm, where he will be surrounded by talented producers and musicians. Hopefully, this will give the MELON project new inspiration flows and a kick of creativity.
