Artist History
Huston makes his musical home in Atlanta Ga. A steady background of studio work and dozens of recording projects have naturally brought Huston into a solo career over the past few years. During this time huston has produced, performed and engineered dozens of projects ranging from jazz, folk, electronic to world fusion.
Huston's blend of piano, keyboards and strong rhythm elements along with the constant pace of studio production has produced the "FOLKLORE" project and the new summer '99 CD release of "WANDERLUST" (available soon). Huston's music creates multiple sound and visual images including film soundtracks and world rhythm textures reminiscent of Peter Gabriel. Huston has also lended his talents to other projects including new age artist John Serrie and "Spirit Keepers". Huston's music always involves more than just piano and synthesizers as is evident with his constant use of both acoustic and electric guitars and other melodic instruments. He blends all this together to form the soundscapes that make "Folklore and Wanderlust" come together. |
