Artist History
Fuelnine was born 6 years ago as a collaboration between Penabaz and Brian Gocher, an NYC native living in Jersey City. Working in Gocher's studio, the pair began weaving the basic fabric of Fuelnine's sound.
In 1995, producer Nayan Lassiter joined in the picture, adding a cohesiveness to Fuelnine's music, while retaining its unpredictable edge. Lassiter is responsible for a lot of the spontaneous hijinks. The group
chose the name Fuelnine to conjure a mood of its own. |
