Artist History Drywater is a NYC based hard edged pop trio. The band consists of James Salerno (guitar and vocals), Gerry Beyer (bass), and F. Carter Hoodless (drums). Drywater has been together for over 4 years and has performed at many NYC area clubs including CBGB’s, Tramps, Maxwell’s, and The Continental. They have opened for the Damned, the Bouncing Souls, Groovie Ghoulies, and Blank77. The A-side “Way Back” (from their 7" single released in 1999) was featured in the Peterbelly Magazine’s Summer 1999 compilation CD. “Infectious punk rock ballads… a thoroughly enjoyable listen.” says Flipside Magazine.
