Artist History Bria Fuentes has been singing and dancing since she was six years old. Her performances have varied from CD promotional performances & concerts to Tap, Jazz, and Ballet National dance competitions & modeling in designer runway fashion shows! Born and raised in Minneapolis Bria has also had the opportunity to work with Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, members of Prince’s NPG and many others. With Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis she recorded some background vocals for Usher’s “8701” album on the song “How do I say”, two songs on Jordan Knight’s up and coming album and the “Holiday Stripes” national Gap commercial!!! She was also named the winner of the Diva 2001 contest given by KDWB, the #1 top radio station in Minnesota. Through that contest, she won the opportunity to perform in front of 30,000 people at the “Last Chance Summer Dance” concert along with Ja Rule, 112, O-Town, Blu Cantrell and many others!! You can also find Bria on a locally televised Dance music show called “The Remix” where she has interviewed artist like, Clipse, Noriega, Cameron and Ying Yang twins. She is also on a locally distributed compilation CD called “Unsigned Twin Cities” that has been doing very well! Bria has been traveling from coast to coast working with talented writers and producers as a direct result of her exposure on MP3.com/bria and artist connection with the boy band “N-Sync”& Justin Timberlake’s “Too Big Productions” crew! Songwriting is another one of Bria’s strong points. Along with her amazing voice and exotic looks, her writing ability has won the respect of reputable musicians around the country. “Not just another pretty face” was the title of an article written about her in the “Women in music” web magazine, recognizing her many artistic talents. Bria is a warm and friendly person with a strong drive and passion for music. Hard work and help from many people who believe in her has been a big factor in all of Bria’s accomplishments up till now, who knows what the New Year will bring!
