Artist description We're a loud, melodic, agressive alternative/metal band. We have a wide variety of influences, and try to take our favorite parts of several bands we admire and merge and modify them into our own sound. Sometimes we really wear our influences on our sleeves, but even when we tend to sound like another band, we try to incorporate our own sound into it, and always make sure we're not copying or ripping anybody off in anyway.

Artist History Well, Offset has been around for about 9 months or so I suppose. We're based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. All the original members of the band knew each other from school the year before, and decided to get together and start something. Our original bassist, Andrew Giorno, had to leave the band because he had to travel for his job, so we quickly found a replacement, and lucked out when the first person we played with fit in quite well. We've recorded one demo, a handful of acoustic songs, and just finished our first EP, Preface.
