Artist description RACECAR(ohio) is a new band playing all original music, some of it heavy, some of it not so heavy. Strong songwriting is the heart of the band, coupled with technical ability and a large dose of humor. Subject matter ranges from washing dishes to drum majorettes to serial killers in Trans Ams!

Artist History Formed in late 2000 with members from akaPawn (see here on MP3.com)and MUD, both local Columbus, Ohio bands. When the former two bands broke up, three PAWN members and Andy from MUD decided to try another approach for original music. Their first CD is wide-ranging in sounds and subjects.
