Artist History
Born 1973, Oleg Kondratenko started to play violin at age of seven. Finished both primary and secondary high school education at the National Music and Ballet School "Ilija Nikolovski Luj" Skopje, Macedonia in the class of Prof. P. Nikolov and R. Dimitriev. Continued the studies in Rotterdam, Netherlands in the class of Prof. I. Grubert and Z. Gilels, where he finished the first academic year. Kondratenko graduated at the UKIM school of Music Skopje, Macedonia, achieving the highest mark of "10 kum laude" in the class of prof. Z Dimitrovski. During the studies he has won many awards among which: the 1st National and 2nd Federal Award within the former Yugoslavia. He finishes post-graduating studies at the Music Conservatoire of Cologne, Germany in the class of Prof. P. Matcka. At present he holds a teaching post at the Academy for Musical Arts in Skopje, Macedonia as well as the guest concertmaster position of the Macedonian Philharmonics. Parallel to it he is continuing his post-graduating studies within the highest master-class for soloist "Concertexamen" in the class of Prof. Martin in Cologne. He has performed numerous recitals in Netherlands, Germany, Egypt, Hungary, Macedonia including several solo performances with the Macedonian Philharmonics. |
