Artist History Very downright funky indeed and why aren't they signed yet ...that's what almost everyone who has seen Souler Rhythm in action has to say about them........ This is a 7-piece band of musicians from all over the world who have come together to offer a very unique and original mixture of funk, soul and jazz........ Based in Leamington Spa and Warwick, they have toured the UK extensively as a Main act in their own right, and have also supported many major names, including The Average White Band, The Blackbyrds, The Pretenders, Bad Manners, and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings........ It might be easier to list the places that they haven't played, but venues covered to date include Mole's Club - Bath, Concorde 2 - Brighton, and Ronnie Scotts. No matter how big or small the venue, one thing is for sure - the crowd always gets a fully funky workout........ Souler Rhythm are: Kevin Eaton (vocals), Chris Seager (Saxophone, Flute), Matt Ball (Keyboards/Acoustic guitar), Myles Matthews (Guitar), David Coldron (Electric Bass), Olivier Cantaloube (Drums), Nino Marsala (Percussion)........ The music is always positive and melodic, and played with a tightness rarely seen in the live environment........ With more than 140 performances in the past twelve months, Souler Rhythm have built a loyal following around the United Kingdom.
