Artist description
I am just a liason to Ramses Jones, Media Master and drummer for troublebone and as I am a new addition to this already established organization, for the time being I can only relate information second-hand, as the band is on hiatus evidently.I consider myself a journalist rather than a spewer of propaganda and when I was hired they seemed to stress that that was why I got the job. We shall see because I intend, in absence of any real directive, to proceed with this project in the pure and clean. In other words, I will only report facts as I know them. At this point, with the band on leave , I can only relate stories second-hand and due to some "contractual obligations" i can only release songs from old soundcheck tapes, most of which were apparently recorded on some sort of European tour. Although I do not forsee this band reforming any time soon (several of them are unaccounted for, at least one member incarcerated) Mr. Jones is forthcoming with the tapes which I am growing fond of in spite of myself. |

Artist History
It is difficult to formulate a history of this band.
Although mostly identified with the above mentioned members, there was a constant rotation of guest players and one-engagement replacements (Some Guy really is "some guy", and yet is considered a permanent member). The most consistant formation story is that this line-up rose from the ashes of several bands, including ScatCult and lysergic acid diethylamide. Intended as a commercial band it developed more into a loose jam/improvisation/substance abuse project band limited by the commercially-veined material insisted on by management, one "Mr. Unmentionable". After initial gigs in the States with little or no positive response, they made use of a dubious Unmentionable contact in Sweden and were actually well received but deported after one show. They set off to conquer the Continent with mixed results. Broke and burnt-out, they returned Stateside and immediately went on hiatus. |
