Artist description Firstname Lastname is a four piece band from Seattle, With only three of the four members being human. The fourth member, their drummer, is a complicated electro sizemobeam of fiber optic and knetic energy displaying thundering fuck rhythms and various mediums of percussion, otherwise known as a "drum machine". The bands debut self released e.p."Spanking the view of the Krutch", was described by THE STRANGER (local zine) as " a good debut release by a band with a promising future." After sweeping Seattle with the e.p. by selling a stunning 11 copies of the cd city wide, the band landed their first show ever at The Crocodile opening for Rebecca Gates of the Spinanes. Since then, Firstname Lastname has been recording, drinking 22's, playing shows, drinking 22's, and writing. Aside from a new limited edition 5 song e.p. titled, "The Pormpf Gacky Sessions", Firstname Lastname is recording a full length album this summer in New York to work with the mastermind engineer/producer behind "Spanking", Shane Stoneback. Till then you can catch the band playing at various clubs arround Seattle and Portland, or catch them in their capitol hill homes playing quarters, arguing, being a family by an imitation fireplace, playing bump bump knock dingers, smoking keiths beard, wondering if Jeremy is a gizzerd, wondering if troy will get a job, hearing Jordan talk about San Diego, crimping our hair, legging our warmer, teddy-ing our ruxpin, sipping foil burned ball hair into cups of rabit flower, and practicing thier songs.
