Artist History
We formed in 1993 as a studio band called Dogs of Autumn. In 1994 we released the Poodlefaker EP and in 1995 Bhark, our first album. In 1998 we changed our line up and our name and have since been known as Einstein`s Wardrobe. We have played live in the UK, Spain and Barbados. We were Edinburgh finalists in the Scottish Sunday Mail T-Break competition in 1998. We have just finished recording a new CD called "Raconteur" and you can now hear all of the songs on this site. You can also hear all songs from our previous CDs "Bhark" and "The Poodlefaker EP" on this site. For more information please visit our official home page at www.einsteinswardrobe.co.uk. Press Reviews
"Fairly strong material...songs are hook-laden...with catchy harmonic movement... accessible Brit-pop meanderings that Americans are used to digesting..." (The Music Insider)
"By far some of the best indie music to come out of Scotland for ages.
This band is going places."(Rob) |
