Artist description Not that I am any authority, but music lately seems to have no soul, no heart. Much is generic. Many songs sound identical. I found I could sing the lyrics to "Baby Got Back," over a Rage Against The Machine song. There is no movement in music anymore because everything has become a part of the corporate system. Sex, drugs, and Rock N' Roll is no longer rebellion, it is the norm. No longer is a musician just a musician, they are movie stars, models, entreprenuers with clothing, fragrances, and action figures. The only subculture that seems to have little or no representatoin anywhere is that of intellect and morality. That is the new rebellion.
