Artist History Lousy Lovers was formed in the summer of 1999 formed from Skips Music Stairway to Stardom program. Right After their three-song performance they were booked that same night at Bo Jangels. So then L.L. took a few months off wrote some new songs played some shows. Then they got there big break they started playing shows at Maui Pizza. A few weeks later after they started playing at Maui pizza, then they appeared on KWOD's Sound of Sacramento. A few Months later in October L.L. released their first E.P. called " For all the kids" and the E.P was a success. After a few more shows L.L. took a well deserved break and wrote some more new songs when they came back they where surprised to know that the popularity of the band had doubled in size. Next they picked up Joey Hyland and it seems that people are starting to gain interest in them again. Then recently Lead Singer Lousy JOhn Larson left the band, since then the Band Has recruited Sean O Conner to take over on the Lead Vocals. But this didn’t last Sean had other things that so he left. We then brought in Phil who was originally in the band for a while back in the day to bring up the duel guitar. We then searched long and far for a new singer to finally to find Ben. And as of 2/3/02 we seem to be ready to start playing again.
