Artist History Formed in 1992 when Dave Weakly(RoughHouse,Tease),and Bill Gaston(The Code) decided to put together a new band.Daves lyrical talent along with Both their song writing abilities quickly merged and produced several songs. Drums were added (Ken Keyser) and the foundation was formed.Rick Dry(The End) who had played in a band with Bill years earlier was contacted and now the band had keyboards. The search for a bassist began. Bret Robinson(Down and Dirty) a guitarist at whose home the band was rehearsing filled in on Bass during the writing prosses.His talent quickly became evident and was signed on as the permanent bass player. During a short leave from the band Guitarist Mike Greer was added and upon Bills return was asked to please remain as a member. HolySmoke was soon headlining regularly at many clubs throughout the Pennsylvania New jersey and New york city Metropolitan area. HolySmoke currently has written well over 30 songs composed by both indevidual band members and group collaberations.
