Artist History d_h_f_ regrouped in 2000. It started out as a songwriting project between guitarist, Josh Chisholm and drummer, Scott Fast. We recorded demos on our and soon had enough for a cd. Josh & Scott began to pass out and sell this demo to hpye the band. In March 2001, keyboardist Jason Carmean, vocalist Mike Huff, and bassist Matt Miley were added to the band. d_h_f_ played their first show at the Alrosa Villa in columbus, oh. with D*Fekt in March 2001. A show in St. Marys, oh. was put together also bringing D*Fekt to perform. The show drew over 400 people. d_h_f_ has shows in June at the High Five in columbus, which was resently featured on VH1's show "Bands on the Run"; at the Grand Ballroom in St.Marys with Riot in progress (Detroit), Mad Jyngals (Detroit), and D*Fekt (Columbus); and another show at the I-Rock, one of Detroits premiere rock venues. d_h_f_ has gotten airplay on 99.7 fm the Blitz out of Columbus on their "local stuff" show.d_h_f_ was ranked in the top 10 of the "Other" genre on Farmclub.com all of March 2001, peaking as high as #5 in their genre.d_h_f_'s song "Crashing Down" was Hard Rock song of the day on Garageband.com on March 28, 2001. Garageband.com has over 35,000 bands.d_h_f_ is experienced in promoting their shows and always work hard for a good turnout.
