Artist History At the age of six, Nikkole started a singing group with herbrother and cousins. They began performing for family members and friendssinging original songs and cover tunes. Performing live fueled herambitions to one day perform on the “Big Stage” for millions. As timepassed she began to develop a great gift for writing lyrics and melodies.Nikkole’s aspirations continued to grow over the years to become aprofessional singer/songwriter. Realizing that it would be difficult for hertalents to be recognized in her native North Carolina, she moved to LosAngeles. Where she felt she would have more of an opportunity to pursue herdreams of becoming a singer/songwriter. While in Los Angeles, things beganto shine for the determined young talent, when noted producers became awareof her unique voice and songwriting abilities. This led to Nikkole becomingmore and more in demand after singing and writing on many projects in theL.A. area. Nikkole’s Writing and Producing talents were recognized on thefilm project for Cinemax’s “Love and Action in Chicago” starring Courtney B.Vance, where Baby, Baby (written and performed by Nikkole) was featured.Nikkole’s songs will definitely deliver a strong impact on the ever-changingmusic of today and into the next millennium.
