Artist History Gray Gone Mad began in Burlington, VT, when Phish was just a bar band. Hmmm...rehearsals took place in an upstairs apartment. The band somehow ended up in Louisiana. Gray played in a blues band for several years, while Michael worked on his PhD. Even through those lean times, Gray Gone Mad continued to write the coolest songs ever...now they have more tunes than they'll ever be able to record...the band almost settled on the name, Prolifica...

Group Members The studio band is: Billy Puddy---lead & backup vocals, guitars, bass, and drum stuff. Grayotis---guitar, bass, drum stuff. For live shows, the drummer position is a revolving door situation...uh, sort of like Spinal Tap.

Instruments Fender and Peavey guitars, generic basses, and cheap microphones.
