She tours extensively and just returned from the A2A festival in Amsterdam, where she won the Demo-Derby. She has been compared to the likes of Jeff Buckley, PJ Harvey, Joni Mitchell and Tori Amos. Ripley has had the opportunity to open for Margaret Cho, Michelle Malone and Heather Eatman to name a few, was a semi-finalist in the oxygen.com roxygen competition and was chosen to showcase at many festivals across the country, including sxsw, rockrgrrl and the A2A music fest in Amsterdam.
