Artist History CELIA was formed in the summer of 1996. In the same time they website was formed: www.celiamusic.com The challenge was to create music the way they wanted it to sound by small means. The lyrics often deal with love and unfulfilled dreams ...CELIA spend a lot of time creating new, unexpected sounds and are always exploring new musical possibilities! In the spring of 1998 CELIA made the video "SORROW"(Flockproduction) Their second video "LIFE" was produced in June, 1998 in cooperation with Hummer. In August a third video called "SPINNING"(Deltaproduction) created.You can see this videos on the webpage www.celiamusic.com From the fall of 1999 CELIA's been making a several live performances with videoprojections, dancer and bands in several venues in Stockhol m, like Alcazar, Bonden Bar, Holger, Lydmar Hotel. They've been sold out and big success.! CELIAplayed live in London, at DUST in Clerkenwell last year. See pictures at www.celiamusic.com. From the fall of 2000 CELIA collaborate with a stringorchestra in Stockholm:"Stockholm StringEnsemble" with performances in Stockholm. The 8th of March CELIA participated with the swedish sing-and songwriter organisation "Lilith Eve" at Musikmuseet in Stockholm. 4 september the CD "Weightless " will be released with mostly songs arranged for stringorchestra! www.celiamusic.com/weightless
