    Press Reviews
"Absolutely lush, ethereal electronic pop from Norway. Draws on everything from Björk to Bach, fusing an otherworldly sensibility with Technofun. He's livin' on a synthesizer, but we don't mind." - Listen.com. - Listening to "Oceans of Knowledge" by Autopoiesis, I can't help but feel that there's a celebration going on. There's an overwhelming sense of triumph, and acheivement. There's an underlying sense of sensuality here as well, particularly in songs like Rebell 2000 and Fantasy Castle which recall the finer moments of Enigma. Hmmmmmm, celebration? Sensuality? It sounds to me like somebody's in love. And that's what I think the music of Autopoiesis is all about. I think that it's the work of a very talented man who uses his gifts to express his love. I don't think it stops at just the love of a person either (but that's definately there too, especially in a song like Dream Princess). I think that Olav Neander, the man behind Autopoiesis is somebody with a love of life, an enjoyment of all the things around him. You can hear it in his music, and you can't help but feel some of his wonder, his bliss. So what more can be said? "Ocean of Knowledge" is the sound of a person in love. It's blissful, it's beautiful, it's sure to put a smile on your face. I like it alot... -The Violet Collection
