Artist description Esa Linna lives in middle part of Finland and has a history of playing in alternative / punk bands like Time Flies - a bubblegum punk band that got out two CD's, two 7" vinyl EP's and appeared in two compilation CD's. After that there was 86 Yourself (www.mp3.com/86yourself), a heavy and guitar-driven power pop group with punk, alternative and metal influences. Now it's the time for Esa to make music that is inspired by several genres he likes or even dislikes (for instance alternative, pop, rock, electronica and progressive rock). What is common to his new songs are the 60's or 70's style guitar and organ sounds, vocal melodies and multi-part harmonies and catchy choruses. (introduction by Enzo Castle)
