Artist History When Mike and Micah G met in the spring of 1997, they discovered they shared a common ground in music, punk especially. Shortly after they met they decided they wanted to start a band, but one that would incorporate a variety of styles. "Let's just play whatever...yeah" was the overall attitude right from the start. They hooked up with Mike's buddy Brent and played as a trio called On The Down Low. A few months later the named changed to the Double-O-Sevens and then again to D.O.S. when they figured out that being called the Double-O-Sevens was kinda weak. D.O.S. has had the opportunities to open for the likes of Guttermouth, Pulley, No Motiv, The Ataris, Jughead's Revenge and they played their local Warped Tour stop in '00 and '01. In conclusion be ready for the era of Sindependence that is upon us as D.O.S. rolls forward.
