Artist History Kamilla, Feruza and Laylo - these are the names of three beautiful girls, who captivate the hearts of Uzbek audiences, as well as leave them breathless when they come on stage. In their childhood (mostly school years) girls took part in all of the school activities. They arranged their own holidays and concerts. It is worth mentioning that during that time as well as now they managed and organized most of their work themselves. This was the essence of their creative activity. We may say that school years were the preparations on the way to the great career. After finishing the school and being quite experienced in the sphere of music, the preparation for the establishment of trio ensemble started. Setora was born on March 1, 1998. This is date of release of their first song "Sevgi Qaydasan!" (words and music by Setora). The name Setora has two meanings. Translation from Tajik language says - "three strings", and the translation from Persian means - "star". It would be no mistake to say that these three strings started singing on March 1 under the light of the most beautiful star. It was very difficult to record songs and build any creative plans without support from the very beginning. But the girls went ahead without despair, without noticing the difficulties. Due to their persistence and diligence, nowadays Setora is producing its records at the best sound recording studio of Uzbekistan - Tarona Records. The Tarona Records studio competitively selects young talented singers and groups. And Setora was in the right place at the right time. In the summer of 1999, Tarona Records studio produced the first album of the Setora called "Ohim". Within 4 months girls broke many records of the music industry in Uzbekistan. They went across Uzbekistan and gave 46 solo concerts. The concerts were extremely successful. Everywhere there was a full house. In every city the girls were awaited and their songs "Yonma", "Ohim", "Yo'q demagin" and other replaced each other on the top of the charts. Today, Setora co-operates with excellent and talented composers, such as Artur Baydo, Denis Belyaev, Vitaliy Zolotaryev and Ruslan Sharipov, the composer to whom Setora is obliged for its top hit "Yonma". Group Setora also co-operates with such professional song writers as Ibragim Jiyanov, Shakhnoz and DJ Piligrim.
