Artist History Motor Sunday was initially the collaboration of college friend from Cleveland's John Carroll University. Dan, Murph and Tom got together and started playing some covers and working on original material, and in spring of 2001, Paul joined up as vocalist. When a second guitarist was needed, he took over rhythm guitar, and the four-piece began working on solely original material. A demo was recorded at Motor Sunday's home studio, and the band began playing out soon after in late summer, 2002.
