Artist History
The first Flying Eye Project, recorded on Fostex 4 track, came into being back in 1988. Just a couple of blues tracks and some experimental tracks.
The early 90's brought forth a more extended rock jam band with the addition of a lead/stunt guitar player. Many hours of late night jams, which became known as the CnC sessions. In the early 90's the "stunt guitar" player and I went our seperate ways.
Another friend and guitar player joined the Project which produced my first exploration into mixing ambient synths and drum tracks with live guitars. This work became known as Camels Blazing in the Desert Sun. I still have the analog 2 track mix of this and may remaster it to digital in the near furure.
Around this same time I was working with a band called Solace. The bass player, Dion, and I became good friends and started C-Rock and Funky-D . We made several tapes which later became known as Your Garage or Mine? In 95 I left Los Angeles and the whole music scene. In 1999 I got a house and finaly a space for my own little studio which is where all the tunes you'll hear here are crafted. |
