Artist History Nathan has been musically inclined since an early age, plunking on the piano at age six and writing little piano tunes at the age of seven. At eight, his father took him for a guitar lesson and Nathan stuck with it on his own, playing his dad's electric guitar until he got his own at age nine.His interest in playing waned for a few years until he picked up the guitar again at age 17 and began writing songs. By the time he was 24, Nathan had a fair number of tunes penned and ready to record. His first recordings were rough, but there would be plenty of time to learn recording and mixing techniques in the following years.Now, with a digital computer-based studio at home, Nathan is able to approach the kind of sound he has wanted for his songs. He's never really done much playing out yet, preferring to wait until he has the momentum of some excellent material to promote. However, he just might be ready for prime time.
