Artist History
The name Logrus is taken from Roger Zelazny´s fantasy books. The band was created back in 1992 by the main producer - Mr.Winscore. Before 1992 Mr.Winscore had been playing drums from 6 years of age and playing punk, rock and heavy metal music until the techno wave came across Sweden 1989. Mr.Winscore made some music for the Swedish techno project - "Mindbender" - and worked some with some great Swedish DJ´s. The first CD-singel "Hallelulia" was released by own record company "Logrus Records". The CD-singel was then overtaken by the record company "CNR/Arcade" (1993) and released in many countries in Europe. In this project Logrus had a lead singer - "Katja" and a co-producer - "Camelot". They did some gigs at Swedish TV, visited local radio stations and played at some underground Rave partys in Sweden. One of the songs from the CD-Singel was on the local radio charts. Mr.Winscore (the main producer) did some more songs but they were not approved by the record company (CNR/Arcade) who wanted more commercial (main stream) hits, not experimental techno. |
