Artist History
Coming straight outta Scaggsville, the four delinquents of WARSHOCK busted on to the hard rock scene back in 1998. Originally formed by everyone's favorite Oreo Anthony James, Will Pace, and the mentally ill Chris Yates, the lushishly lovable Latino heat John Velasco soon joined the frenzy, then known as Burned. With Chris on drums, Anthony and John on guitars, and Will on vocals, the band realized they needed a bassist. After short bass trip by John, long time pimp and super cool dude Brandon Boring funked up the band with his slap happy skills. But still, something was missing. Front man Will wasn't cutting the hard shit that Burned was into, and was gradually let go, but never was told of his release. Meanwhile, a burst of inspiration caused the mundane name of Burned changed to kick ass, no mercy, all up in your face WARSHOCK!!! Now all that was needed was a singer to replace the void left by Will's dismissal. WARSHOCK then had to learn sacrifice, as their fear inspiring two guitar sound changed to one, and JP proudly stepped out to the front. They changed there names to Oreo Majick, Funkmaster B, Krazy Kraka, and Spanish Fly in a horrible attempt to mack the hoes, but kept the names anyway cuz they sounded tight. WARSHOCK was now complete, unleashed with the shock of war, that brings pain to old fogies everywhere and breaks peoples necks down in the mosh pit. Scaggsville Represent. Peace Bitches!!! |
