Artist description
The Grift (formerly Sunday Slide) has been entertaining audiences throughout Colorado and elsewhere since early 1999 with their solid blend of creative lyrics, improvisational prowess, and unwavering groove. Strong vocals and harmonies are complemented by solid songwriting and blazing solos from each of the 5 band members. Whether it?s the diversity of their songs or the soaring electric violin over a warm Fender Rhodes, The Grift?s sound will catch your ear and keep it. Their self-produced debut EP, Hotel Gillaspie (Glennsource Records), is available here, and a visit to one of their shows proves their sound just as infectious live as it is on CD. |
